Delyn is a great place to live, work and run a business. However, it is woefully connected by rail. Currently being serviced by only one station in Flint.
Good transport links are vital to the stability and growth of our local economy. People need to be able to get to where they are going easily, whether that is to and from work, to health services, or to the local shops.
This is why i am supporting the campaign to build a new station "Holywell and Greenfield" at the former Holywell Junction site.
Transport infrastructure is a reserved matter for the UK Government and I will work with all key stakeholder groups to deliver this station.
